Safety
You are handing us your child for six days.
So here is exactly how we look after them, in plain terms, before you have to ask.
Register your camperEvery adult is background checked
Leaders, drivers, and volunteers. Anyone whose check is not current cannot be assigned to a cabin.
A nurse on site all week
Medicines are locked up and given on a schedule that is signed for each time. Allergies are on the kitchen list and the cabin list.
Headcounts, not head guesses
Groups are counted through the day. If a number does not match, staff know within minutes, not at dinner.
Only you can collect your camper
You name who is allowed to pick them up. Anyone not on that list is not released, and we check photo ID.
Both bus rides are tracked
Every student is checked onto the bus by name, there and back. You get a message when they arrive.
An adult in every cabin
No cabin is left without a leader, and no leader is ever alone with one student.
What the price covers
One price. No packing a wallet.
Drop them at the church parking lot on the first morning and pick them up in the same place on the last afternoon. Everything in between is covered.

What parents ask
The questions you were going to email us
- What if we cannot afford it?
- Tell us. There is a scholarship fund, it is confidential, and it is used every single year. No student misses camp over money, and you never have to explain yourself to get help.
- My camper has never been away from home.
- Most first-timers are nervous on Monday and asking to come back by Friday. Tell us at registration and their leader will know before the bus leaves. If a night gets hard, we call you.
- What about allergies and medicine?
- You enter them once when you register. The kitchen gets the allergy list, the cabin leader gets an alert, and the nurse gets the schedule. Every dose is signed for.
- Can I reach my camper during the week?
- Phones are put away so students are actually present with each other. You can call the camp office any hour of the day or night and someone will go find your child.
- Can they be in a cabin with a friend?
- Ask when you register. We honor mutual requests wherever grade and gender allow, and nearly always can.
- What if plans change?
- Cancel more than thirty days out and the deposit moves to next year. Closer than that, call the office. We would rather talk than take your money.
